Before introducing XERF to London and Shane Cooper Skin, Shane travelled internationally to gain first hand experience of the technology, its protocols and the results it could achieve.
His journey with XERF radio-frequency began by experiencing the technology himself in New York, before travelling to South Korea for one to one advanced training with Professor Chun Soo Il at Lutronic headquarters. Shane later continued his XERF education in Boston, gaining further first hand experience before choosing to bring the technology into his private South Kensington, London studio.
In 2026, Shane was appointed UK Brand Ambassador for XERF, becoming one of the first practitioners to introduce the technology to the UK. Importantly, Shane chose to experience XERF personally and understand its capabilities as a standalone technology before investing in the device for his clients.
Today, every XERF treatment at Shane Cooper Skin is personally performed by Shane, combining his international training with more than a decade of experience in advanced non invasive skin health.

Will I be red?

Can I apply make up after my procedure?
Yes. Most clients can apply make-up immediately after treatment if desired, although many choose to enjoy the natural post-treatment glow.
When can I go to the gym?
We recommend avoiding intense exercise, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours following your appointment to allow the skin to settle and achieve the best possible results.

The Team
We have a small, full-time team. This includes Craig, Shane and our female practitioner, who dedicate each day to delivering the highest standards of bespoke treatments to all clientele. If requested, you can have our female practitioner for body treatments.

Consultation
A consultation will take place on the same day as your appointment. During our consult, we advise the specific treatments that will best target your regions of concern, devising and implementing a treatment plan accordingly. We utilise only the highest calibre machinery with evidence-based results and deliver a bespoke experience to each and every client.

Booking and Cancellation fee
All treatments are priced per session. Due to demand, it’s recommended to book your appointments in advance, especially if you are booking multiple sessions. There is a booking fee required to secure your appointment. The fee will be deducted from your remaining balance, which will be paid in full on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelled within 72 hours prior to treatment incurs the lost of the booking fee amount.
Cancelled within 48 hours incurs 50% of the treatment price.
Cancelled within 24 hours incurs a 100% fee of the treatment price.

Treatment Courses
A booking fee will be taken for all courses, and the remaining balance to be paid in full on the day of your appointment. This is non-refundable and courses need to be used within 6 months from your first session.
